🚚 Shipping Policy – Unlimited Arts

At Unlimited Arts, every order is important to us, and we work hard to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible. Because many of our products are created or customized in-house, shipping times may vary depending on availability.

Order Processing

• Ready-to-ship items: If the item is already created and in stock, we will ship your order within 1–2 business days.

• Made-to-order items: If we need to create your piece, we will ship it within 5–10 business days after we receive the blank item needed to complete it.

Communication

We believe in keeping you in the loop:

• You’ll receive an order confirmation as soon as your purchase is placed.

• We’ll notify you when production begins (for made-to-order pieces).

• We’ll update you once your order has shipped, along with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• All orders are shipped via trusted carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or similar).

• Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Additional Notes

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the size/weight of your order.

• If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, they may ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged.
